by day and time
Most restaurants aren't busy all week. Point your Time-Based offer at the rush and let your Fixed offer cover the rest.
- Pick the days your Time-Based offer runs, and give each day its own time slots.
- A selected day with no slots runs Time-Based all day.
- Outside your Time-Based slots, and on every other day, your Fixed offer applies if it's switched on.
- Only one offer applies at a time. During a Time-Based slot, Time-Based takes priority.
- Leave every day unselected and Time-Based runs all week, so there's no time left for a Fixed offer.
Switch both offers off and your dashboard warns you that no DineDash discount is live.

No. There's no waiter or staff app. Customers manage everything themselves through their own phone. Your staff simply focus on preparing and delivering food.
A Time-Based discount depends on how quickly a table finishes, so it's designed for busy periods when you want tables back sooner. A Fixed discount is a flat percentage with no timer, designed for quieter periods when you want more people through the door. You set the percentages for both.
Yes. Choose the days and time slots for your Time-Based offer, and switch on a Fixed offer for the rest of the week. During a Time-Based slot that offer applies; outside it, the Fixed offer does. Diners only ever get one discount per visit.
Yes. Every day you select has its own time slots, so Monday's lunch and dinner windows don't have to match Friday's. A selected day with no slots runs Time-Based all day.
If Time-Based is on and no days are selected, it runs all week, so there's no time left for a Fixed offer. Select specific days, or add time slots, and the Fixed switch becomes available.
Diners won't get a DineDash discount at your restaurant. Your dashboard shows a warning so it never happens by accident.
On a Time-Based offer, they simply pay full price when they scan the till QR. Payment still happens in one scan, just like any other table.
From each card payment, Stripe keeps its processing fee (typically 1.5% + 20p) and DineDash keeps 3%. The rest goes to you.
